The Osung elevator EL301A features 2.7mm tip width for deeply seated roots of the dentine. The elevators have been designed to create extractions less painful by cutting the periodontal ligament by easing the tooth from the socket. The result is minimal tissue damage, which promotes reduced complications and easy healing. The elevator is used by rocking and cutting, rather prying and lifting like a conventional elevator.
